Apartment Guide

Thank you for your interest in staying at our serviced apartment.

For an enjoyable stay, please read through our guidelines:

  3. This is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Cleaning fee is N100,000 if you smoke in the apartment. You will NOT be allowed to leave the estate if this is not paid.
  4. Check-in: From 1:00pm 
  5. Check-out: 12noon
  6. Check out from 12 noon to 3pm is half day. Check out past 3pm, is full day
  7. Banned substances including drugs, dangerous weapons and illegal activities including prostitution, money laundering etc are prohibited at our apartments. Law enforcement agencies will be informed if there is a breach. 
  8. Please turn off all ACs, Water heater, TVs, and lights when they are not in use. We have an allocated amount of power per day.
  9. The cleaners or securities are not permitted to carry out errands for guests that are outside their approved duties. Therefore, we will not accept responsibility for any issues arising from such errands.
  10. Please note you are responsible for the conduct of your guests or visitors.
  11. KEEP VALUABLES IN YOUR LUGGAGES AT ALL TIMES.
  12. Items missing, broken/damaged will be billed to occupant for replacement or repair before check-out. 
  13. Refund policy: A 10% FEE ON DEPOSITS. NO REFUNDS AFTER CHECK-IN. 
  14. Loud music, noise and/or parties are not allowed in the apartments.
  15. Cleaning is done 3 times weekly. No cleaning on Wednesdays and Sundays. 
  16. Pets are not allowed. 
  17. Your apartment has an assigned car parking. Please park on the designated lot. Ask the security to park your guests at the visitor’s designated area.
